Homebuyer Certificate requires Homebuyer Education class to be attended along with 1 Homebuyer Planning Appointment.

You are interested in our Matched Savings Program for down payment assistance. You will save up to $1,000 and we match up to $3,000. Income limits apply.

Homebuyer Planning Newcomers Appointment: You are just starting the home buying process. Your time period for buying a home is 6 months or more. This counseling session is for you.

Homebuyers Planning Advanced Appointment: You are ready to buy a home and have started the home buying process by contacting a lender or are currently working with a realtor. If the right home comes up you are ready to buy. This counseling is for you.

Online Home Buyer Education Class. Self-Paced Online Class, to learn the in's and out's of buying a home. This class is provided by our third party partner and further information will be emailed to you once you have completed registration.

Homebuyer Education In Person Class: In person 8 hour class over 2 nights from 5 pm to 9 pm with limited seating. This course will teach you in the in's and out's of the homebuying process, down payment assistance, and more. Our classroom is not suitable for children, so please insure you have child care.
