 New Home Purchase

Plan your path to homeownership with education and individualized planning.
Homebuyer Certificate requires Homebuyer Education class to be attended along with 1 Homebuyer Planning Appointment.


    
You are interested in our Matched Savings Program for down payment assistance. You will save up to $1,000 and we match up to $3,000. Income limits apply.


    
Homebuyer Planning Newcomers Appointment: You are just starting the home buying process. Your time period for buying a home is 6 months or more. This counseling session is for you.


    
Homebuyer Education In Person Class: In person 8-hour class over 2 nights from 5 pm to 9 pm with limited seating. This course will teach you in the in's and out's of the homebuying process, down payment assistance, and more. Our classroom is not suitable for children, so please ensure you have childcare. If class time does not work with your schedule, please contact us at 406-761-5861 for further instructions.
